Charge Integrity Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Charge Integrity Specialist who will contribute to product launch efforts in the Charge Integrity space.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and refine technology-generated Charge Integrity findings for accuracy and compliance with best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize charge integrity strategies and methodologies
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure consistency and integrity of charge integrity findings

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3-5+ years of experience in revenue integrity strategies and charge capture processes
• Solid understanding of the charge integrity landscape with experience in quality control
• Professional billing experience, including reviewing charges from medical coders
• Nursing degree (preferred) or relevant certifications such as CPB, COC, or CPMA (nice to have)
• Experience in advising healthcare technology companies (nice to have)
