Charge Management Analyst

Job Summary

Charge Management Analyst is a full-time position responsible for ensuring accurate charge capture across hospital departments by reviewing clinical documentation and analyzing charge data to support revenue cycle performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) for accurate charge capture
• Analyze patient accounts and run reports to identify and validate charges
• Collaborate with clinical departments to resolve discrepancies and improve charge processes

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Two (2) years of revenue cycle experience
• Extensive experience with PC and Excel
• Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital charging rules
• Ability to meet departmental quality and productivity standards
