Charge Specialist Infusion

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Charge Specialist Outpatient Infusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient records and assign appropriate billing codes using coding software
• Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical documentation and communicate with Revenue Integrity staff
• Collaborate with other coding staff to maintain consistency in practice across the system

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• Two or more years of related work experience in a clinical or medical office setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology and coding regulations
• Ability to work with common office and coding software, as well as electronic medical records
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
