Job Summary
A company is looking for a Chargeback Analyst I to process incoming fraud and non-fraud cardholder dispute cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, research, and resolve dispute inquiries from cardholders and internal teams
- Process chargebacks and funds recovery in compliance with card association guidelines
- Manage dispute cases through all cycles up to final resolution
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- 1 year of customer service experience required
- 1 year of payments experience preferred
- Knowledge of card brands (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) preferred
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
