Job Summary

Working remotely on a 3-month contract basis, the Chargeback Analyst I will process incoming fraud and non-fraud cardholder dispute cases, including researching claims and managing chargebacks while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, research, and resolve dispute inquiries from cardholders and internal teams
  • Process chargebacks and funds recovery in compliance with card association rules
  • Maintain accurate case files and documentation, generating correspondence as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 1 year of customer service experience required
  • 1 year of payments experience preferred
  • Knowledge of card brands (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) preferred
  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
