Chargeback and Fraud Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading daily operations, the full-time remote Chargeback and Fraud Supervisor will ensure accurate processing of disputed transactions and chargebacks while coordinating team workflows and serving as a subject matter expert in chargeback-related processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the processing of disputed transactions, chargebacks, and payment reversals in compliance with internal and external requirements
• Coordinate team workflows, monitor service levels, and resolve escalated issues effectively
• Collaborate with internal business groups and external financial institutions to improve process flows and identify risks

Required qualifications

• A minimum of three years of finance, banking, or related experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred
• Previous chargeback experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of fraud prevention strategies and payment processing systems
