Job Summary
Leading daily operations, the full-time remote Chargeback and Fraud Supervisor will ensure accurate processing of disputed transactions and chargebacks while coordinating team workflows and serving as a subject matter expert in chargeback-related processes.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the processing of disputed transactions, chargebacks, and payment reversals in compliance with internal and external requirements
- Coordinate team workflows, monitor service levels, and resolve escalated issues effectively
- Collaborate with internal business groups and external financial institutions to improve process flows and identify risks
Required qualifications
- A minimum of three years of finance, banking, or related experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred
- Previous chargeback experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of fraud prevention strategies and payment processing systems
