Job Summary
A company is looking for a Chargeback Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of chargeback disputes, including investigation and resolution
- Analyze chargeback data to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement
- Prepare reports on chargeback activity and communicate findings to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in chargeback management or a related field
- Proficiency in chargeback management software and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Knowledge of card network rules and regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills
