Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of chargeback disputes, including investigation and resolution
  • Analyze chargeback data to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement
  • Prepare reports on chargeback activity and communicate findings to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in chargeback management or a related field
  • Proficiency in chargeback management software and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of card network rules and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational skills
