Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chargeback Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve disputed credit card, debit card, and ACH transactions within required timeframes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine next steps for each case
Analyze data to identify patterns or trends and improve loss prevention mechanisms

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 1 year of experience in processing chargebacks or investigating fraud incidents
Experience in data analysis and decision-making in fast-paced environments
Ability to self-start and work with minimal supervision after training
Availability to work through holidays
