A company is looking for a Chargeback Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Credit Card chargebacks resolution for fraud and dispute claims
• Provide evidence and conduct research for transactions under investigation
• Ensure adherence to deadlines and escalate issues when necessary

Required Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills for billing transactions
• Clerical, technical, and administrative experience
• Proficiency in Windows or macOS screenshot programs, office, and Adobe reader
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays
