Chargeback Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chargeback Specialist to join their Fraud team in a remote employment role.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming chargebacks and prepare rebuttal documentation according to payment processor regulations
• Monitor chargeback results and provide guidance on chargeback issues to internal employees
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain low chargeback volume and high recovery rates

Required Qualifications

• Minimum High School education required
• Must be eligible to work in and based in the United States
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• General knowledge of the consumer dispute process
