Chargeback Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chargeback Specialist responsible for managing chargebacks and dispute payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile open chargebacks and dispute payments on accounts receivable
• Analyze disputes to understand root causes and develop solutions to minimize future occurrences
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to maximize recovery and prevention of chargebacks

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of direct chargeback experience preferred
• Payments industry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable functions preferred
• Experience working with merchant processors (e.g., WorldPay, PayPal)
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot tables
