Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounting Support Clerk I - Chargebacks.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve chargebacks and disputes across multiple payment platforms
- Analyze transaction data and prepare compelling representments and rebuttals
- Monitor chargeback trends and collaborate with various teams to resolve disputes efficiently
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in chargeback management, payment processing, or fraud prevention
- Familiarity with card network regulations and dispute resolution procedures
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with chargeback platforms and CRM tools is a plus
