Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve chargebacks and disputes across multiple payment platforms
  • Analyze transaction data and prepare compelling representments and rebuttals
  • Monitor chargeback trends and collaborate with various teams to resolve disputes efficiently
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in chargeback management, payment processing, or fraud prevention
  • Familiarity with card network regulations and dispute resolution procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple cases independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience with chargeback platforms and CRM tools is a plus
