Chargeback Specialist

Job Summary

Analyzing and processing incoming chargebacks, the full-time Chargeback Specialist will work remotely to ensure timely resolution of fraud and dispute claims while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform credit card chargeback resolution to ensure effective processing of claims
• Conduct in-depth research and investigation into transactions related to fraud or disputes
• Ensure adherence to deadlines for all claims and escalate issues to supervisors as needed

Required qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with experience in handling billing transactions
• Prior clerical, technical, and administrative experience
• Proficiency in Windows or macOS, office applications, and Adobe Reader
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
