- Own the chargeback management strategy and performance reporting for a strategic enterprise client
- Proactively identify performance improvement opportunities and design A/B tests for new strategies
- Lead client engagement through monthly performance calls and deliver insights for Quarterly Business Reviews
Required Qualifications
- Deep experience with chargeback management and dispute representation
- Proven ability to analyze performance data and drive strategic improvements
- Experience working with enterprise clients and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Expertise in chargeback management rules and regulations
- Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and analytics dashboards
