Key Responsibilities
  • Own the chargeback management strategy and performance reporting for a strategic enterprise client
  • Proactively identify performance improvement opportunities and design A/B tests for new strategies
  • Lead client engagement through monthly performance calls and deliver insights for Quarterly Business Reviews
Required Qualifications
  • Deep experience with chargeback management and dispute representation
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data and drive strategic improvements
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Expertise in chargeback management rules and regulations
  • Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and analytics dashboards
