Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chargemaster Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the organization, analysis, and presentation of data with clinical and financial management staff
• Participate in the maintenance of hospital and physician Chargemaster, charge structure, and charge coding
• Perform ongoing and special financial analysis and support for management throughout the health system

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, HIT, or a related field required OR two years of relevant healthcare experience may substitute for education
• Experience related to pricing setting and charge master maintenance preferred
• Basic understanding of financial management, analysis, and reporting in healthcare preferred
