Chart Completion Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chart Completion Representative I.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain electronic health records by analyzing medical records for completeness and notifying providers of deficiencies
• Ensure accurate filing and chart order of medical records, including maintenance and retrieval of records and reports
• Create and route chart folders for new patients and collect current discharges and old charts from various departments

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Knowledge of medical terminology, chart analysis, and medical record tracking
• Experience with Electronic Health Records system applications
• Ability to work effectively with confidential information
• Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office applications
