Chart Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Document Creation and Management Chart Integrity Analyst for a remote 2nd shift position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Epic Chart Correction InBasket and coordinate chart correction cases for both acute and ambulatory settings
• Review and resolve complex chart correction tasks, ensuring patient records are accurate and complete
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and correct documentation errors, maintaining patient safety and data integrity

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of five years of healthcare documentation and/or Health Information Management experience
• Advanced computing skills and knowledge of hospital computer systems and EHRs required
• Ability to interpret Joint Commission standards and HIPAA requirements
• Must be able to accommodate a flexible remote work schedule supporting 24/7 operations
