Job Summary

A company is looking for a Document Creation and Management Chart Integrity Analyst (Remote-1st Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Epic Chart Correction InBasket for ambulatory and acute settings, resolving chart correction submissions
• Review and resolve complex chart correction tasks associated with patient record errors and overlaps
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the integrity and accuracy of patient records

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum five years of healthcare documentation and/or Health Information Management experience
• Advanced computing skills and knowledge of hospital computer systems and EHRs required
• Knowledge of clinical workflow, medical record content, registration, and billing is necessary
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
