Charter Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of the charter sector, the full-time remote Charter Partnerships Manager will generate demand, build pipelines through direct outreach and marketing support, and manage deals from inception to close.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline by identifying target lists and executing outbound campaigns
• Engage with stakeholders through meetings and product demonstrations, ensuring a thorough understanding of client needs
• Oversee the closing process, including pricing negotiations, contracting, and coordinating handoffs to the customer success team

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of full-time professional experience, with at least 2 years in charter administration roles
• Background in operational roles such as CEO, Executive Director, or in Enrollment, Student Services, or Accountability
• Demonstrated passion for education, equity, or social impact
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong comfort level in ambiguous situations
• Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
