Job Summary

A company is looking for a Charter Trip Manager for a fully remote position based on the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate aircraft options for charter trips while maintaining margin discipline
• Provide proactive operational oversight and support for trip readiness and irregular operations
• Ensure communication aligns with brand standards and reflects professionalism in all interactions

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in charter brokerage, aviation sales, or trip coordination
• Proven track record in negotiating with charter operators and managing tight deadlines
• Hands-on experience with Avinode and trip management platforms like Jet Insight
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
• Strong understanding of trip economics and operational considerations
