A company is looking for a Charter Trip Manager - West Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate aircraft options, ensuring margin discipline and compliance with commercial and safety standards
• Provide proactive operational oversight, including trip support and coordination of complex itineraries
• Maintain brand communication standards with clients and operators, ensuring professionalism and clarity

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in charter brokerage, aviation sales, or trip coordination
• Proven negotiation skills with charter operators and a track record of managing tight deadlines
• Hands-on experience with Avinode and trip management platforms like Jet Insight
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
• Strong understanding of trip economics and operational factors affecting feasibility and cost
