Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming chats and assess clients' needs, providing resources and support
- Document member information accurately and maintain compliance with policies and regulations
- Make outbound calls to assist members in securing resources and services as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- High School Diploma
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred
