Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to incoming chats and assess clients' needs, providing resources and support
  • Document member information accurately and maintain compliance with policies and regulations
  • Make outbound calls to assist members in securing resources and services as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in a call center environment is preferred
