Job Summary
To support a dynamic remote team, the contracted Chat Ticketing Support Representative will assist customers through chat, email, and phone, addressing inquiries related to orders, website support, and product troubleshooting while utilizing CRM tools like Gorgias.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer support via chat, email, and phone, ensuring timely and empathetic resolutions
- Document customer interactions and follow up on open issues while identifying trends for improvement
- Utilize macros, tags, and workflows to streamline service processes and enhance customer experience
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center or ticketing environment is required
- Technical experience with CRM systems, particularly Gorgias, is strongly preferred
- Ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous work-from-home experience is preferred
