Chatbot Developer

Job Summary

To support the Tendem project, a part-time freelance Chatbot Developer will design, build, and refine messaging bots for platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord, ensuring reliability and effective conversational flows in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build bots for various messaging platforms, including WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord
• Design and implement conversational flows, dialogue states, and fallback handling
• Integrate bots with backend services, databases, and third-party APIs for enhanced functionality

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in backend, integration, automation, or bot development
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is a plus
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience building bots for major messaging platforms
• Strong command of Python or Node.js for backend bot logic
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and async request handling
