Chatbot Developer
Job Summary
To support the Tendem project, a part-time freelance Chatbot Developer will design, build, and refine messaging bots for platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord, utilizing their expertise in bot engineering and conversational design in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build bots for various messaging platforms, including WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord
- Design and implement conversational flows and integrate bots with LLMs for natural language responses
- Connect bots to backend services, databases, and third-party APIs while ensuring reliability and error handling
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in backend, integration, automation, or bot development
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is a plus
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience building bots for major messaging platforms
- Strong command of Python or Node.js for backend bot logic
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and databases for storing conversation state and user data
