Job Summary
To support the Tendem project, a part-time freelance Chatbot Developer will design, build, and refine messaging bots for platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord, utilizing their expertise in bot engineering and conversational design while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Build bots for messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord, focusing on customer service and content delivery
- Design and implement conversational flows, integrating bots with LLMs for natural language responses
- Connect bots to backend services, databases, and third-party APIs while ensuring reliability and error handling
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in backend, integration, automation, or bot development
- Hands-on experience building bots for major messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack)
- Strong command of Python or Node.js for backend bot logic
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and async request handling
- Portfolio or examples of bots built are required
