Chatbot Developer
Job Summary
To support the Tendem project, a part-time freelance Chatbot Developer will design, build, and refine messaging bots for platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord, focusing on delivering reliable user experiences through conversational design and integration with backend services.
Key Responsibilities
- Build bots for various messaging platforms, including WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord
- Design and implement conversational flows and integrate bots with LLMs for natural language responses
- Connect bots to backend services, databases, and third-party APIs while ensuring reliability and maintainability
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in backend, integration, automation, or bot development
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is a plus
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience building bots for major messaging platforms
- Strong command of Python or Node.js for backend bot logic
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and databases for storing conversation state and user data
