Chatbot QA Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chatbot QA Engineer responsible for testing complex AI software and analyzing large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate virtual chatbot intents, entities, grammars, and end-to-end workflows
• Create and optimize test processes, including defect management and reporting
• Manage test execution and resolve any issues that may result in test plan variance

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools for APIs, NLP/NLU, GenAI, and chatbot applications
• Strong experience in developing and executing testing strategies for complex applications
• Proficiency in test case design and test management tools, including AI-assisted test creation
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or PyTest
