To support a growing conversation improvement team, the part-time Chatroom Operator will respond to consumer inquiries in a remote setting, ensuring contextual accuracy and maintaining a 97%+ response accuracy rate.

Key responsibilities

• Quickly and accurately respond to inbound messages via chat, utilizing predefined responses
• Keep conversations contextual and on track while managing consumer interactions
• Maintain a minimum of 97% accuracy in response handling, subject to random audits

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of excellence
• Proficient typing skills and comfortability using a computer
• Ability to effectively use emojis in communication
• Good grammatical, spelling, and logical skills
