Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for loan files, working with borrowers and outside parties to gather and clear conditions for closing
• Maintain relationships with manufactured home retailers, communities, and borrowers while providing high-level service during the loan process
• Issue accurate conditions for portfolio loans and underwrite and clear credit and income conditions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of processing experience
• 2+ years of experience working in Encompass
• Working knowledge of general lending guidelines and compliance laws
• Preferred experience in manufactured home loans and closing construction loans
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
