Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact for borrowers and outside parties to gather and clear loan conditions
• Maintain relationships with manufactured home retailers, communities, and borrowers by providing high-level service
• Process loan files efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment to ensure timely closings

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of processing experience
• 2+ years of experience working in Encompass
• Working knowledge of general lending guidelines and compliance laws
• Preferred experience in manufactured home loans and closing construction loans
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
