Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact for loan files, coordinating with borrowers and external parties to expedite the closing process
• Maintain relationships with manufactured home retailers, communities, and borrowers by providing high-quality service throughout the loan process
• Issue accurate conditions for portfolio loans and underwrite credit and income conditions based on borrower characteristics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years of processing experience
• 2+ years of experience working in Encompass
• Working knowledge of general lending guidelines and compliance laws
• Preferred experience in manufactured home loans and closing construction loans
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
