Chemical Defense Program SME

Job Summary

To support an anticipated federal program, the remote Chemical and Biological Defense Program SME will provide expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls while leading Enterprise Risk Management initiatives and ensuring compliance with federal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide CBDP program support for accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Lead implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and support the Manager's Internal Control (MIC) Program
• Prepare audit documentation and financial management reports for senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Previous experience directly supporting Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) highly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in financial management, internal controls, or enterprise risk management
• Demonstrated experience in quantitative/qualitative analysis and financial compliance in federal environments
• Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred)
