Chemical Process Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Process Engineer with expertise in the mining, minerals, and metals sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering design and technical studies for mineral processing and hydrometallurgy
• Prepare detailed designs, drawings, specifications, and reports related to process engineering deliverables
• Assist in procurement, construction, commissioning activities, and participate in project design reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Metallurgical, Process, or related engineering from an ABET accredited institution
• Minimum 8 years of process/chemical engineering experience in the rare earth, mining, minerals, and metals sector
• Proficient in process modeling software for design, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Pre-employment drug screening in compliance with state regulations is required
