Chemical Regulatory Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the Customer Product Stewardship Team, the full-time Chemical Regulatory Coordinator will review, organize, and summarize documents while preparing reports and assessments in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and compile documents from various databases and chemical database management systems
• Support regulatory compliance by obtaining necessary documentation to maintain product-level data
• Prepare Chemical Hazard Summaries and hazard communication documents, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related science
• 0-2 years of experience in document preparation, archiving, or storage preferred
• Experience with chemical databases is preferred
• Basic understanding of hazard communication and regulatory compliance issues
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
