Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chemist I to work in Lake County, IL.

Key Responsibilities

• Support upkeep of multiple analytical lab areas with strong organization skills
• Execute tasks in GMP and R&D lab environments, ensuring safety and compliance
• Utilize analytical instruments and maintain accurate documentation of results

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA or Associate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Medical Technology, Biology or related field
• 0-2 years of laboratory experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with analytical instruments such as HPLC/UHPLC and Karl Fischer
• Familiarity with EHS training and safety awareness in a lab setting
• Hands-on analytical experience in an academic or industry lab
