Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chemist I to work in Clark, NJ.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure physicochemical characterization and evaluation of hair and cosmetics products according to defined protocols and quality criteria
• Assist in the design of experiments to analyze stability, aspect, viscosity, and conduct in-vitro experiments
• Contribute to the establishment of operational flow for sample transfer logistics between formulation and characterization laboratories

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or certification/diploma in Quality Control, Physical Measurements, or physical sciences
• Technical research experience in a laboratory setting
• Experience with pH, Microscopy, Viscometer/Rheometer, and Foam analyzer is a plus
• Familiarity with batching equipment is advantageous
• Must have experience working in a lab environment and possess a strong background in math/science
