Job Summary

To embed AI throughout the organization, the full-time Chief AI Officer will define and execute SafetyWing's AI strategy, build AI-powered solutions, and train teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute SafetyWing's AI strategy to enhance team capabilities and workflows
• Build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions across various departments including operations and product design
• Measure the impact of AI initiatives and continuously improve organizational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in building AI-powered systems across diverse use cases, particularly in operations
• Proven track record as a senior leader capable of influencing and driving organizational change
• Ability to facilitate AI adoption among both technical and non-technical teams
• Experience in balancing hands-on execution with long-term strategic planning
• Strong capability to measure and demonstrate the impact of AI initiatives
