Chief AI Transformation Officer

Job Summary

Seeking a visionary leader, the full-time remote Chief AI Transformation Officer will build and lead the firm's AI and Intelligence capabilities, defining strategy and developing products that transform stakeholder intelligence into actionable insights for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Penta's Intelligence platform, defining vision, strategy, and roadmap for product and intelligence team capabilities
• Drive AI transformation efforts, enhancing client delivery and operational effectiveness while creating innovative products and services
• Elevate Penta's profile through thought leadership and strategic partnerships, developing proprietary intelligence products that anticipate emerging risks

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in building and leading multidisciplinary organizations in product management, data science, and analytics
• Significant business leadership experience with a track record of driving revenue growth and managing substantial P&L responsibilities
• Deep expertise in AI transformation and emerging technologies, with experience in translating insights into scalable products and services
• Strong understanding of embedding AI and data-driven insights within advisory and consulting environments
• Recognized thought leadership in AI, intelligence, and analytics, demonstrated through industry engagement and market credibility
