Chief Architect, a full-time executive role focused on backend architecture, leading customer migrations, and shaping AI-native development practices within the engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and maintain architectural direction for the platform and customer migration
• Prototype and validate architectural decisions before scaling
• Manage and develop Front-end and AI Architects while ensuring cohesive architecture

Required Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on architectural leadership
• Deep expertise in backend architecture, distributed systems, and data flows
• Proven experience in scaling production platforms and managing customer migrations
• Strong experience in designing REST APIs at scale
• Ability to mentor senior engineers and influence engineering culture
