Job Summary

To shape the company's technical architecture and drive its evolution into a unified, AI-enabled platform, the full-time Chief Architect will define target-state architecture, guide major technical decisions, and influence engineering practices while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define the target-state architecture for the company's platform evolution and drive architectural direction across various technical domains
• Guide major architectural decisions with clear reasoning and identify architectural bottlenecks and risks
• Establish architecture standards and frameworks that enhance quality without hindering team productivity

Required qualifications

• Deep technical judgment and strong systems thinking
• Strong understanding of modern SaaS architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
• Ability to balance long-term design with practical delivery needs
• Experience in leading architecture at a high level, with a focus on AI-native architecture direction
• Proven ability to simplify complexity and communicate tradeoffs effectively
