Chief Architect Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Architect Lead to oversee the technical design, integration, and sustainment of a Department of Defense enterprise modernization initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, documentation, and maintenance of the enterprise architecture baseline
• Translate functional and operational requirements into logical and physical architecture designs
• Oversee technical design reviews, architectural modeling, and solution validation across all Task Areas

Required Qualifications

• Must hold an active Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture design or solution architecture for large-scale federal or defense programs
• Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (DoDAF, TOGAF, or equivalent) and cloud-based architectures
• Experience designing systems that support mission-critical operations
