Chief Building Engineer Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Building Engineer Supervisor to lead the operation and maintenance of critical building systems while supervising an engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop engineering staff, including performance evaluations and training
• Plan and manage daily team activities, including scheduling and task assignments
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and safety procedures

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of related experience
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting heavy loads
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Expert organizational skills and advanced math skills for complex calculations
