Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Business Officer to lead commercial and growth functions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and lead the global go-to-market strategy across consulting, managed services, and technology solutions
• Oversee client acquisition and revenue growth initiatives, ensuring commercial objectives are met
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives at client organizations and represent the company in strategic conversations

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in property and casualty insurance services, technology, and/or consulting
• Proven success in building and overseeing revenue-generating teams with experience in securing large contracts
• Deep familiarity with insurance business models, including property & casualty and reinsurance
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global delivery teams and lead cross-functional teams
• College education and degree required; advanced degree preferred
