Key Responsibilities

• Source and close digital health startups and healthcare organizations seeking software development services
• Develop relationships with venture capital firms, accelerators, incubators, and healthcare operators
• Engage with potential investors and support fundraising efforts by articulating growth strategy

Required Qualifications

• 8-15+ years in business development, sales, partnerships, or commercial leadership
• Experience in digital health, healthtech, or venture-backed services businesses
• Willingness to work for sweat equity and deferred compensation initially
• Able to make a personal angel investment in the company
• Desire for real ownership, accountability, and upside beyond just a title
