Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Commercial Officer, the full-time role will lead Journey's sales and marketing efforts, owning the enterprise growth engine while actively closing high-value opportunities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and scale the commercial organization across Sales, Consultant Relations, and Marketing
- Develop and execute a unified go-to-market strategy to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on commercial strategy and market positioning
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in a B2B digital health technology company selling to HR and Benefits leaders
- 10+ years of commercial leadership experience, including 4+ years in enterprise sales
- Proven success in scaling a repeatable enterprise sales motion from $5-10M ARR to $25M+ ARR
- Strong track record of closing large enterprise accounts and navigating complex sales cycles
- Operationally disciplined with expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and metrics-driven decision-making
