Chief Compliance and Risk Officer

Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives, the full-time Chief Ethics, Compliance and Risk Officer will manage compliance programs, advise senior leadership on regulatory matters, and lead risk management efforts in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, integrating compliance and ethics into business planning and decision-making
• Develop and implement comprehensive compliance and risk management programs aligned with enterprise strategy
• Lead agilon's Enterprise Risk Management function, establishing frameworks for risk identification and assessment

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive compliance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior compliance leadership role in healthcare
• Demonstrated experience building and leading enterprise compliance programs at a public company
• Deep knowledge of Medicare Advantage, ACO models, and related compliance domains
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (J.D., M.B.A., M.H.A.) preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
