A company is looking for a Chief Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global compliance program and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory obligations
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program aligned with various laws and regulations
• Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership and the Board on regulatory strategy and compliance risks

Required Qualifications

• JD degree and active bar membership in good standing
• 10+ years of legal experience in a corporate or law firm setting, particularly in software/technology
• Experience in building and managing global legal and compliance teams
• Strong understanding of compliance issues related to data privacy, AI, and emerging technologies
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements and scalable compliance programs
