A company is looking for a Chief Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust compliance program tailored to DME/CRT operations
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely organizational response
• Lead compliance audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD, MBA, or Master's in Healthcare Administration preferred
• 10+ years of progressive compliance leadership experience, ideally within healthcare, DME, or CRT
• Deep knowledge of CMS regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and payer compliance requirements
• Proven ability to design and operationalize compliance programs in complex, multi-state environments
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to risk management
