Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the compliance program, ensuring adherence to regulations and fostering a culture of compliance
• Conduct audits and investigations to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Lead and mentor the compliance team while collaborating with other departments on compliance and risk management

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; Juris Doctor (JD) preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance or risk management within the healthcare industry
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and relevant federal and state laws
• Certifications such as Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) are highly desirable
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a compliance team
